Julie Schilz, BSN, MBA, is a senior director at Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC). Schilz leads PCDCs Integrated Care and Federal portfolios. She leads projects on integrated care delivery, healthcare extension service development, chronic disease model implementation, and Medicaid program implementation. Before PCDC, Schilz held several executive leadership roles with community, provider, and payer organizations, developing and implementing strategies focused on value, delivery system reform, and primary care transformation. Schilz has dedicated her career to working on innovative multi-stakeholder solutions within health care and communities that are person and family-centered with a focus on equity. Schilz has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and holds an M.B.A. from Regis University. She serves on the Center for Professionalism and Value and PCC advisory boards and on the Kids First Health Care board.
